LAA's Membership Directory
The new Membership Management Software (Membee) has been implemented. Membee will help the LAA to be much more efficient and timely with its membership renewal processes. You can also now sign up on line to become a member.
With this new membership management software, each member can:
• Manage their own profile information
• Pay their membership dues on line (credit car or check)
• Securely store a credit card to safely pay your dues on line, and even setup it up to renew automatically
• View and search the online member directory. The member directory lists all of our members. The other information that used to
be in the printed (online) document can be found on the website. (Note: there are couple of pages we are still working on).
We will be relying on YOU to keep your information up to date! On your profile you can:
• Update your contact information • Add a personal photo, as well as 2 photos of your art • Add an artist’s statement
Everyone was sent a message on 1/14 with instructions and a 72-hour access link to setup your password.
If you missed the deadline, you can still get access. Here’s how:
1. Go to https://www.lafayetteart.org/
2. Click on Members Portal - LAA Membership Directory or Update Your Profile (image 1).
• The LAA Members Portal page has two buttons the correspond to the directory and profile.
3. You must be logged in to see the directory, or edit your profile. So you will get a login screen (image 2).
• If you know your username and password, enter that info and you will have access.
• If you forgot your password, or never set one up, click on Forgot Your Password, and you will get a screen to enter your email (image 3).
• Once you enter your email, instructions to reset you password will be sent to you.
When you click on the link, you will get a screen where you enter, and re-enter, your selected password (image 4, 5).
• Once complete, you will see a screen with a Success screen (image 6).
4. Once you are logged in, you can work with your profile or the directory.
