Hello to the two people in the office whose names I cannot remember! I popped in three days in a row before Christmas! Remember me?
I received the most wonderful gift for Christmas. I got a travel bag/backpack style bag complete with a travel easel and starter paints for oil, acrylic, and watercolor supplies. I have tracing paper, sketch pads, tons of brushes...now I just need a class or two.
What do you suggest? I have only ever dabbled in watercolor free classes from the library system.
am open to suggestions.

I am a 47 year old man that is disabled.I paint and make clay jewelry plus crochet bracelets.I will be filling out the membership form as soon as I have the money to do so.All my stuff is posted on my facebook photos.Because I did not have a clue on where to go are what to do with the stuff I make.I have lived here all my life and yes I knew they had the Art Walk but was not sure what I was supposed to do.
I have a very nice painting done by Janine Collins while she was a student at Tulane University, and have found what appears to be an inactive website for Janine saying she lives and paints in Lafayette. She doesn't show up in a White Pages search for Lafayette. I also don't see any mention of her on the Lafayette Art Association site. I wonder, does she have a new name due to marriage, or has she moved away? I'd like to send her a digital photo of her painting and tell her how much we have enjoyed it over the years.
Okay Al, I've registered my email, and now I've signed in. Good work.
My post: I am available to teach beginners from teens to seniors in my studio. Thanks...
